The HR department is responsible for making sure Park Community School’s workforce are safe, healthy and happy (and in turn, able to help the students achieve the same).
From recruiting and onboarding new staff members to handling payroll and contractual queries, no two days are ever the same, and project work includes promoting staff wellbeing and spreading awareness of benefits and support schemes available to the workforce.
